Great bottles (2010-04-25)
These bottles are awesome for storing fresh expressed (and frozen) breast milk.
They fit perfectly with my Medela Pump-in-Style pump parts.
They travel very well (no leaking for me in two-plus months of use) and warm nicely.
The ones I received had labels, white lids (a couple extra) and were packaged loose.
If you run out of labels, use a bit of masking tape.
When freezing the bottles note they definitely expand, even with 1oz of room at the top and will crack/break if they fall on the floor.
Overall, I would recommend this product.
No labels (2010-02-03)
The bottles themselves are nice and handy. My problem was the packaging. No labels, just a plain white box. You will not be able to identify if you dont open the box. no indication what's inside. The bottles also looked they wete just thrown into the box. No plastic wraps to indicate they really are brand new. Very disappointing presentation.
extra bottles helpful (2009-11-03)
It's really helpful to have extra bottles so I don't have to spend time washing bottles every night. THe only thing I'd change is to make them a little bigger. THey are only 4 ounces, which isn't big enough sometimes.
Milk Storage Bottles (2009-10-28)
These are great milk storage bottles. They attach easily to most breast pumps, and can go in the freezer or refrigerator. They're very easy to clean and sterilize also, and don't seem to change the texture or taste of the milk. They also have quantity markings on the side so you know how much you've pumped.
If you're going to be pumping more than 1-2 days a week, I would recommend the Mother's Milk storage bags instead, simply due to cost. The milk bags come 25 to a pack and are also freezer safe.
Nice bottles, can break easily if frozen (2009-08-28)
I bought a set of these bottles with my first child. They were great for pumping and storing milk - much easier than pumping into a bottle then transferring into a bag. My only complaint is that the bottles break very easily if you drop one while it's frozen, which we accidentally did several times. That said, I'm likely to buy more as a replacement.
