They do the job: keep the breast milk cool for Hours. I do not use the medelas's cooler bag but these ice packs work great anyway when you extract your milk and want to keep it fresh till you get home. I strongly reccomend it.

this is a great idea! I bought two. Any ice pack works but this one fits around the bottles, lasting longer.

This icepack is great! It keeps the milk cold all day long while I'm at work. I bought two to have an extra, but I've been using it in my lunch bag instead! Works better than any other icepack.
